This Youth Bike Park Fundamentals Clinic at Rattlesnake Bike Park is designed to help young riders build confidence, control, and trail awareness in a fun, supportive setting. With a small group size and personalized coaching, riders will develop core mountain biking fundamentals while gaining the skills needed to ride safer and progress faster.
What You’ll Learn:
This session focuses on essential skills that translate directly to better riding on real trails and bike park features. Riders will work through a mix of drills and guided riding to improve:
- Balance and body positioning
- Controlled braking techniques
- Cornering with confidence
- Trail awareness and line choice
- Bike handling and overall control
- Bike and gear checks for safety
- Trail etiquette and confidence tips
Each skill is introduced in a progressive way, allowing riders to build a strong foundation and apply what they learn on the trails throughout the session.

Important Note:
A shuttle pass is required for this clinic and must be purchased separately. Shuttle passes can be obtained in advance through the Rattlesnake Bike Park website or in person at the ticket booth on the day of the clinic.
